Wide Belt Sanding

Our industrial wide belt sander can sand slabs up to 52" with 80 grit paper

Cost: $75 per half hour (Half hour minimum)

Slab Flattening

We can flatten slabs up to 4' wide.

Cost: $100 minimum, $50 per hour after first hour

Surface Both Sides

Our planer will handle material up to 24" wide.

Cost: $.18 per board foot

Custom Sawing

Have a log that you would like cut? We're able to saw logs up to 54" in diameter

Cost: $95 an hour with/ 1 hour minimum

Band replacement cost: $75 band charged if something in your log destroys band

Drying

Conventional Kiln Drying: $.75 per BDFT

Vacuum Kiln Drying

-$1.50/bdft for lumber less than 2" thick

-$3.00/bdft for lumber 2" thick & greater

-Rates include up to 2 passes through the kiln

Custom Moulding

We mill the highest quality wood mouldings and trim. Choose from a large variety of profiles or request a custom wood moulding design for your project.
